Hey, I'm Anshuman - Founder & CEO of Growthmenti.
I began my journey as a Product Manager at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, where I spent over three years building and scaling customer-centric financial products, driving retention, and leading end-to-end product lifecycles.
Over time, I realised my passion lay beyond traditional roles - in creating something of my own. A platform built to give every ambitious professional in India access to the right mentors, structured learning, and verified credentials - all in one place.
